Implementation and Advisory: Client Portfolio Planning for 2023-26

In 2022, we co-facilitated a global entity’s portfolio planning process (with our client partner). As part of the work, we co-delivered HCD-inspired workshops with immunization teams to:

-Detail the profile of under-immunized families.

-Unbundle and prioritize key barriers impeding full coverage.

-Develop, detail, and sort activities to address the prioritized barriers.
