Research, Advisory and Implementation: Mainstreaming SDG Reporting
Our teams have worked extensively to mainstream reporting on sustainable development goals. For example, in-between 2019 and 2020, one of our team members worked with a client to:
Assess the experience of global and Pakistan corporates on reporting on the goals.
Develop the business case for Pakistani corporates on reporting on the goals.
Design and pilot an SDG measurement and reporting framework for Pakistani businesses.
Develop guidelines to help companies understand and report their contribution to the goal.
Finalize a list of 32 business-relevant indicators (including gender, climate, water, and economic growth et) relevant to all businesses irrespective of the sector - to support reporting by companies.
Work with the regulator to incentivize reporting by stock-market companies.
Lead workshops to share the framework, guidelines, and indicators for reporting.
