Delivering Results Through Problem-Solving
We don’t take pre-defined roles or deliver off-the-rack services. Our interventions span a few months to a few years depending on the nature of the problem we are tackling. As problem solvers, we use various levers to achieve our goals. Our work sits at the intersection of evidence, action and systems thinking—allowing us to navigate complexity, mobilize change and deliver measurable results. Whether we’re solving a bottleneck in a national health program or designing a scalable model to enhance agri-productivity, our role is always tailored to what the problem demands.
Implementation
As an implementer, we play specialized roles—ranging from training provider or results assessor to end-to-end delivery manager—carrying out tasks that span building evidence, using it to design, implement and track results of interventions.
We work shoulder-to-shoulder with businesses, governments, not-for-profits and mission-driven enterprises to put ideas into practice. Our teams have deployed pilots, led nationwide rollouts and helped scale projects across multiple markets. We have worked to cultivate local capacity—transfering and embedding tools, systems and skills to ensure systematic change and ownership of results. Whether we are piloting a tech-based solution in rural schools or delivering health interventions in underserved regions, we ensure every implementation is adaptive, data-informed and impact-driven.
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation
Data is at the heart of how we operate. We design and deploy both quantitative and qualitative research tools to inform activity design, better understand the causes of issues, assess the feasibility of interventions, monitor progress, and evaluate and improve outcomes. We have expertise in developing and utilizing results chains to ensure effective tracking and management of interventions and outcomes.
We work across sectors and geographies to generate actionable insights that drive better decision-making. We specialise in generating as well as utilizing actionable evidence with expertise in conducting rapid field assessments to longitudinal studies and behavioral diagnostics. Our portfolio includes published studies drawn from randomized control trials (RCT) to quick assessments with stakeholders in fragile settings to inform relevance and effectiveness of interventions against the identified needs. We developed customized dashboards as well as deploy results utility frameworks to ensure teams not only capture data—but also use it to learn, adapt, and improve.
